If you would like to upgrade your Backyard Abode, we have a range of options for you to choose from should you want to upgrade.
Internal
- Ceiling rated at R3.5 insulated
- External walls rated ar R1.5 insulated
- Plasterboard wall and ceilings
- Square set plaster finish in all rooms
- Flush panel hollow-ready coat doors with satin chrome handles and locks
- 66mm x 11mm splay profile skirting and architraves to all doors. 42mm x 11mm splay profile to all windows
- Floating engineered timber flooring to living, kitchen, and hallways
- Backyard Abode upgraded range carpet to bedroom
- Mirrored sliding wardrobe doors with white-board internal shelf robes including one hanging rail and high shelf
- Fully painted with low sheen wall paint and gloss to all doors, architraves, and skirting boards
Kitchen Finishes
- Laminate or gloss finish doors and drawer fronts
- Benchtops - reconstituted stone
- Handles from the Backyard Abode standard range
- Tiled splashback or glass
- Omega stainless steel oven, cooktop, and extractor
- Stainless steel drop-in sink and drainer
- Upgraded mixer tap
Bathroom Finishes
- Tiles to 1.8m in the shower, floor, splashback, and skirting. Option to tile from floor to ceiling
